We built the solution we couldn’t find
It started with a simple question: Why are the only options for voice in a SaaS platform to become a telephone company or refer your business to one?
While operating a portfolio of major vertical SaaS platforms, we faced this exact dilemma. We wanted to close the data loop by adding integrated voice, but the market forced us into a corner.
We could either spend years building a regulated telco infrastructure from scratch, or we could hand our customers (and our revenue) over to a disconnected third-party provider.
Neither option worked. We didn't want a referral fee and a separate tab; we wanted an embedded engine that made our platforms more powerful and our business more profitable.
When we couldn't find it, we launched DialStack.
